We Are In 4 Multiple Listing Services


Many people do not realize that the upstate Western NC has four main MLS platforms: 1. Greater Greenville
2. Western Upstate (think Lake Keowee) 3. Spartanburg (think Horse Farms) 4. Western NC
We'll that wouldn't be a problem if it didn't limit your propertie's exposure. REALTORS are typically members of 1 MLS, so even though many agents sell all over, they only have access to their MLS. They may not even know your home is on the market. An agent from Greenville may have a client looking on Lake Keowee (Most Keowee agents are only members of . A Spartanburg agent looking for a farm in Campobello might not know that an agent who's a member of Greenville MLS has one listed. It's a mess, we know. That's why we joined an pay dues for all 4. Your listing will be entered into all MLS systems for 4x the exposrure out of the gate.
